Easterbunny-poppyseed yogurt with warm and fresh Driscoll’s Blueberries

  • 100g Driscoll’s blueberries
  • 1tbsp sugar
  • 50ml water
  • 350g vegan yogurt
  • 2tsp poppyseed
  • crunchy granola
  • 100g Driscoll’s blueberries
  • chocolate sticks
  • sugar eyes

A wonderful breakfast during Eastertime and also on every other morning!

Directions

- put 100g Driscoll’s blueberries, water and sugar in a pot, bring it to cook and allow to reduce a bit 
- put the warm blueberries in two jars
- mix yogurt with poppyseed and top the warm blueberries with it
- add crunchy granola and fresh Driscoll’s blueberries 
- use the chocolate sticks as bunny ears and place the sugar eyes on the bluebberies 
- enjoy your Easter breakfast!
