Directions
In a saucepan over medium heat, MELT butter and add shallots.
COOK until soft (about 3 minutes), then ADD garlic and cook for another minute.
STIR in the fresh blueberries and let them soften and burst, about 5 minutes.
ADD blueberry jam, balsamic vinegar, cider vinegar, sugar, honey, Worcestershire sauce, tomato purée, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir well.
LET the sauce cook on low for 10–15 minutes until thickened.
BLEND for a smooth consistency or leave slightly chunky for texture.
TASTE and ADJUST seasoning or add a splash of water if too thick.
