Directions
Mix together the ingredients for the cream.
Briefly dip half of the ladyfingers one after the other in the coffee and lay out in a casserole dish.
Spread half of the cream on top and smooth out. Then spread the raspberries on top and press into the cream.
Now dip the second half of the ladyfingers in the coffee and lay them out on the cream.
Then spread the rest of the cream over it and smooth it out.
Leave in the fridge overnight.
Before serving, whip the cream with the whipped cream stiffener and pipe onto the tiramisu using a piping bag with a nozzle. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and decorate with the raspberries.
