The Perfect Oatmeal Breakfast

  • 50 grams of Driscoll's Raspberries
  • 50 grams of Driscoll's Blackberries
  • 40 grams of oats
  • 200 ml milk of your choice (almond, oat, or cow's milk)
  • 1 apple (peeled, diced)
  • Pinch of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of granola
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

Try this colorful and delicious oatmeal breakfast inspired by @insaalea. Perfect for days when time is limited in the morning but you still want something warm to give you evergy for the day. 

Directions

CARAMELIZE the apple: Heat the diced apple in a pan with honey and cinnamon until golden brown and soft (about 3-4 minutes).

COOK the oatmeal: Bring the oats and milk to a boil. Let simmer for 5-7 minutes on low heat until creamy.

SERVE: Scoop the oatmeal into a bowl, stir in the caramelized apple, and top with blackberries, raspberries, and granola.
