You can't go wrong with this tasty, fruity smoothie full of colour. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or simply as a refreshing snack.
Directions
- Roast the shredded coconut in a small frying pan on moderate heat for 4 to 5 minutes while stirring continuously
- Shake the coconut on a plate and leave to cool down
- Pour the yogurt in a medium bowl and smooth the top with the back of a spoon
- Keep 10 raspberries separate and purée the rest of them in a kitchen machine
- Our the purée in circles towards the outside of the bowl
- Scatter the granola in the middle on top of the yogurt
- Use the rest of the raspberries to make a ring around the granola
- Scatter the roasted coconut in a circle around the edge of raspberries
- Distributie the blackberries evenly at the edge and put the blueberries on top of the granola in the middle
