Creamy and warm, this baked cream cheese dip blends savory garlic and scallions with sweet juicy blackberries. Serve it with baguette slices or crackers.

PREHEAT oven to 190°C.
PLACE the cream cheese into a mixing bowl.
ADD the shredded pepper jack cheese, sour cream and minced garlic
ADD 1 ½ tablespoons sliced scallions or green onions.
ADD 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt and ADD 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper.
STIR until combined and SET ASIDE cream cheese mixture.
SLICE half of the blackberries in half and FOLD gently into cream cheese mixture.
TRANSFER dip to a small, shallow baking dish and SPREAD evenly.
BAKE 18 – 22 minutes or until edges are bubbling.
GARNISH with remaining blackberries.
SPRINKLE with 1 sliced scallion or green onion.
SERVE warm with baguette slices or crackers.
