  • 1 Frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
  • Splash of milk of choice (optional)
  • 1 tsp Coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tsp Mixed Nuts chopped
  • 1 tbsp Oats or granola
  • Fresh Mint to garnish

Directions

PUT all the ingredients in to a blender

BLITZ to a thick smoothie-like consistency

ADD milk for a smoother smoothie (optional)

ADD to your bowl of choice and top with desiccated coconut, chopped nuts, sliced blackberries, oats, mint leaves, chia seeds and a drizzle of nut butter or honey.
