Mixed Berry Parfait with Steel-Cut Granola
- Granola:
- 60 ml of maple syrup
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 Tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
- 90 grams of steel-cut oats
- 90 grams of old-fashioned oats
- 20 grams of wheat germ
- 20 grams of flax seeds
- 70 grams of sliced almonds
- Parfait:
- 1 L low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 400 grams Driscoll's Blackberries, Blueberries and/or Raspberries
