- 125 grams Driscoll’s blackberries
- 150 grams of Kale
- 200 grams of Spinach
- 100 grams Endive
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Pear
- 1 Leaf with stem paksoi (or 3 leaves Roman lettuce or 3 leaves Chinese cabbage)
- Juice of a ½ lemon
- 10 grams of Parsley
- 30 grams Samphire
- 10 grams of Mint leaves
