Wake up to an omelet roll, brightened by Driscoll's richest blackberries. This recipe combines the tang of blackberries with creamy hüttenkäse, for a truly special start to your day.
Directions
- Break the eggs into a bowl, add milk, and mix it. Add a pinch of salt.
- Heat the frying pan with some olive oil, then turn down the heat to low.
- Pour halve of the egg mixture into the pan and bake for 1 minute, then carefully turn the omelet and shortly bake the other side.
- Place the omelet on a plate, and repeat the above for omelet number two.
- Spread the hüttenkäse and the blackberries across the two omelets.
- Rip the leafs off of the thyme and sprinkle it across the hüttenkäse
- Optional: Add another pinch of salt
